30 Mil Reinforced Polyethylene Liner

Description

On many projects, ModuTank, Inc. utilizes a high-performance 30-mil reinforced polyethylene geomembrane, designed for liquid storage and containment applications. This membrane incorporates a tightly woven polyester scrim encapsulated between two layers of UV-stabilized linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), providing strong tensile strength, tear resistance, and puncture resistance while remaining flexible for installation into various tank structures.

The LLDPE formulation includes antioxidants, UV stabilizers, and carbon black to resist environmental exposure and long-term degradation, making it suitable for exposed floating covers and primary storage applications. Manufactured from chemically resistant LLDPE, this type of membrane also offers reliable cold-crack performance and resistance to thermal movement.

Our geomembrane meets all applicable GRI GM25 physical property requirements and is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for drinking water system components, supporting use in potable water and other strictly regulated containment applications.
