By utilizing high-grade materials such as XR5, XR3, polyethylene, (both LLDPE and HDPE), and polypropylene, we ensure that our tank liners offer superior durability and reliability in various applications. Additionally, many of our liners are NSF-61 certified for potable water, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards for drinking water safety. This certification guarantees that our products are safe for use in palatable water applications, providing peace of mind for our customers.
Our tank liners are available in various configurations to suit different needs. While most of our liners are factory fabricated in 1-piece and can simply be unrolled and installed, very large liners, (typically over 8,000 lbs.), are site-seamed by experienced technicians using state-of-the-art welding methods. To guarantee liner integrity, we rigorously test field seams using both vacuum and mechanical peel methods. Our factory-fabricated tank liners are shipped on heavy-duty skids, accordion folded, and rolled for easy installation, making the process as seamless and efficient as possible.
